Maui's South Shore is known for its sunny skies and long beaches. Because of the consistently balmy conditions, many Snow Birds flock to South Maui in the winter months.

Resorts and condos line the coast taking advantage of wide-open ocean vistas. The Molokini Crater and Kahoolawe islands make dramatic backdrops for the leaping whales during their winter visits.

Southside Real Estate usually attracts fair-weather folks who love long beach walks and whale watching. The Condominium market offers vacation rental possibilities and long-term condo rentals for low maintenance living.
